features 9 “patio homes”. Patio Homes, those situated on smaller
lots and clustered together, combine the independence of a single
family home with the convenience of a low maintenance lawn. A
homeowner’s association will provide lawn care and maintain the
common areas to enable the resident to enjoy the privacy of their
home without the responsibility of routine yard work. However the
lots are large enough so that a flower garden can be incorporated
around the patio or the yard can be personalized to the owner’s
individual style. Each lot is either lakefront or offers a lake
view. As this section was planned the homes were situated first to
provide an optimum view. Afterwards, the lots lines were drawn
